Transaction Disputes: The Purchase or Sale of a business can be the most important time for any company, we can assist in this process by helping to resolve any dispute between Purchaser and Vendor at this time:
- We can assist Vendors in the drafting of Completion Accounts.
- We can assist Purchasers in their review of Completion Accounts and can assist in the drafting of pre-completion adjustment schedules.
