Angus Allan BA Hons FCA CF – Corporate Finance Partner
Angus is a graduate Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG in 1991 after having joined their Darlington office in 1988.
In 1992, he was co-founder of their corporate finance department before transferring to Newcastle office in 1994 to again establish and build a successful corporate finance department.
He worked with a number of both quoted and private companies during his 13 years with KPMG. Angus has successfully completed in excess of 100 transactions, including a wide range of MBO’s/MBI’s, acquisitions and disposals for clients.
Angus has recently been awarded the CF qualification by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, which globally recognises senior corporate finance professionals who are working to the highest standards of excellence and quality.
