Tony Luckett B.Com (Acc) DcHA – Senior Audit Partner
Tony qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1984 and largely dealt with manufacturing organisations in the Midlands. He was promoted to Manager before moving to Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey to gain experience in both import/export businesses together with businesses in the financial services sector. He joined Clive Owen & Co in 1988 and became a partner in 1993 and now deals with a wide range of owner manager businesses.
Tony now acts as audit compliance principal for the firm and also as finance partner. As such he understands the technical issues and plethora of legislation facing professional firms in today’s environment whilst at the same time striving to offer realistic and practical commercial advice.
Additionally his involvement as treasurer at a local hospice, helped him to develop expertise in the charity sector. This expertise and business-like approach has led to many clients gaining benefits from dealing with any regulatory issues but also managing their financial affairs in a commercial manner.
Tony was awarded the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting in 2008.
