Award Success For Clive Owen Corporate Finance

Clive Owen Corporate Finance was recognised for a hugely successful year recently at the Insider North East Dealmakers Awards in Newcastle.

Phil Williams was presented with the prestigious Young Dealmaker of the Year Award at a ceremony attended by the leading advisers, lawyers, bankers and investors from the region’s Corporate Finance community.

This fantastic achievement recognises Phil’s hard work and dedication to making deals happen for our clients over the last twelve months.

This is one of the very few occasions in the North East Dealmakers five year history that a leading award has gone to an adviser based outside of Newcastle. Clive Owen Corporate Finance has made a big statement

with this achievement, which reinforces its position as one of the leading deal advisory teams based anywhere in the region.

In almost ten years of working in Corporate Finance, Phil has built up an impressive CV of successful deals including company sales, MBOs, private equity transactions, finance raising and corporate acquisitions. He

has now firmly established his reputation in the local market and this Award – voted for by his peers – confirms his status.
