Clive Owen Corporate Finance Completed Deal
We are pleased to announce the completion of another successful deal in the North East market. Clive Owen Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Fyr Fyter (UK) Limited in the disposal of 100% of their share capital to PHS Group plc.
Durham-based total fire protection company Fyr Fyter (UK) Limited has been acquired by leading UK workplace services provider, PHS Group plc.
Fyr Fyter is a leading provider of high quality fire safety services, equipment and specialist training programmes. The company was founded by joint managing directors Brian Hogg and Paul Bainbridge in 1999 and has grown into one of the UK's most recognised and respected fire protection organisations.
In identifying Fyr Fyter as an attractive acquisition target, PHS were drawn to its long standing, trusted relationships with customers, many of whom are based in the North East region. Part of the group's strategy will be reinforce and extend these valued relationships across the customer base.
The deal team was led by Phil Williams, Associate Director at Clive Owen Corporate Finance, who advised the shareholders of Fyr Fyter throughout the process and guided them through the negotiations with PHS. He was supported by Gary Ellis, Nicola Bellerby and Nicola Waters-Davies from Clive Owen & Co LLP's Durham office.
