Finance Expert Returns To His Roots

A CORPORATE Finance specialist has returned to the Darlington firm which first trained him after establishing his reputation in the Newcastle marketplace working for one of the UK's leading professional services firms.

Phil Williams has spent the past several years in a Corporate Finance lead advisory role, building up a valuable portfolio of knowledge and experience. During this time, Phil has worked on a range of deals including disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity and debt finance raising.

Now Phil has returned to the firm where he first trained fourteen years ago, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, Clive Owen & Co LLP in Darlington.

Phil has been appointed as Associate Director to support Corporate Finance partner Angus Allan in further developing the team in all aspects of lead advisory work.
