Are you planning any leadership and management development for your teams?
Grants of up to 40% are currently available towards the cost of projects that can increase leadership and management capability and/or capacity within your business.
The type of projects that can be funded are;
- Bringing in external provision for coaching, mentoring or knowledge transfer relating
- to any business discipline (finance, marketing, human resources, strategy, etc), that will improve the capability and/or capacity of leaders or managers
To be eligible, your business must:
- Be within the local authority areas of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton or Redcar & Cleveland
- Be an SME – you must employ fewer than 250 people and turnover less than
- €50m per year
Project value:
The leadership and management programme can provide funding towards project that cost between £2500 and £5000 (excluding vat) – a potential grant of between £1000 and £2000.
