The procurement event will be presented by:
Lorraine Ashover, the Managing Director of Minerva procurement consultancy services, which is focused exclusively on the schools sector.
Lorraine has worked with a range of schools helping them to procure goods and services either individually or collaboratively. With the latter this has involved one agreement covering a number of MAT, SAT and maintained schools rather than just collaboratively within only one MAT.
Lorraine will also give some insight and pointers around European Procurement regulations – OJEU.
