Lorraine Ashover, the Managing Director of Minerva consultancy services, a company which focuses exclusively on procurement in the education sector is joining us from Basingstoke.
 
We have found Lorraine to offer good practical advice where we have had potential issues on a range of procurement issues.

Minerva have worked with a range of schools helping them to procure goods and services either individually or collaboratively.  With the latter this has involved one agreement covering a number of MATs, SATs and maintained schools rather than just collaboratively within only one MAT.

Lorraine will also give some insight and pointers around OJEU, the European Procurement regulations.
