To minimise the risks associated with the Coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to outline some of the measures we are putting in place to protect both our staff and our clients with immediate effect.
We are following UK Government recommendations as they are revised daily and are updating our staff on the protocols required to protect all concerned. The aim is so everyone is aware of best practice and reduce the risk of any exposure to the virus. We have implemented a continuity plan for client care to ensure we can maintain our ability to service clients effectively.
To date, all our offices remain open and are operating normal opening times. In line with the latest guidance a number of our staff are working from home. Therefore there may, on occasions, be a slight delay in someone coming back to you, and we apologise in advance where this does occur.
We are considering our personal interaction with clients in order to protect both clients and staff. You may well have an appointment to meet in person. However, you may wish to rearrange the appointment to a future date or, alternatively, we would be more than pleased to arrange either a telephone or video call instead. Please contact us on 01325 349700 or via email to let us know your preference.
We have contingency plans for various scenarios and we will continue to monitor and review these in line with Government advice. If the situation changes will send you a further email in due course.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch on 01325 349700
Yours sincerely
Tony Luckett
