Aspire is our bespoke development programme which provides a structured learning plan to support continuous professional and personal advancement.
It comprises 4 distinct elements, as follows:
This aspect of Aspire compliments the technical knowledge our trainees receive throughout their qualification.
We deliver masterclasses on the soft skills needed as they begin to interact with clients and colleagues. Alongside this we provide the required technical training required to become qualified in their chosen career field.
In addition to training, continuous support and feedback is provided via our Buddy system and quarterly one to ones.
We are proud to be a Platinum accredited member of The 5% Club, pledging that we will ensure 5% of our workforce are in earn and learn positions.

We have worked with Clive Owen LLP during the school’s first year of Academy status and have found the company to be a thoroughly professional organisation. As well as undertaking the yearend audit and responsible officer role, they have provided a number of training courses which we have found very useful. The Brontë Society looks after the Brontë Parsonage, which was home to the Brontë sisters.
The museum houses the largest collection of Brontë material, including manuscripts and furniture that date back to the 1800’s.
