I am accomplished senior HR professional with over a decade of experience across professional services and the public sector. Over the years I have progressed through a range of HR leadership roles. My career has given me the opportunity to support teams across the UK, Europe and US, partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies.

Throughout my career, I have been proud to deliver impactful people initiatives that drive organisational success. It’s difficult to pick just one, however leading a global approach to hybrid working through activity-based working is something I am particularly proud of. This project shaped the way the organisation approached collaboration and flexibility, resulting in a significant uplift in engagement and external recognition as one of the ‚ÄòTop 50 Companies for Hybrid Working’

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband (who one day will realise he is far too good for me!), our daughter and our mischievous cockapoo, who keep life busy and full of fun. I also love catching up with friends, often over a large glass of Aperol Spritz and never travel anywhere without my Kindle.
