After qualifying in 2003, I have worked my way up the ladder, now working in the accountancy industry for almost 25 years, with the majority of that time being spent in the merger and acquisition world. Corporate Finance has always been a key area of interest for me and I am eager to work with clients across all sectors.

I have 20 years of merger and acquisition expertise, particularly in advising owner-managed businesses across diverse sectors.  With a commitment to developing and nurturing client relationships, I pride myself on delivering exemplary client service, no matter how big or small the job is.

The handful of occasions when I’ve worked with companies from an early-stage finance raise through expansion to a successful ultimate exit for the shareholders. I got on so well with my first ever corporate finance a client in 2004 that I remained close with them and 12 years later led a ¬£9m sale for the shareholders.
Hobbies and interestsI really enjoy travelling with my family, hiking around the Lake District and following my team, Newcastle United.
