As our business expands, we recognise the need to drive sustainable financial growth, positively shaping the future of our firm and supporting the development of our people, our clients, and our communities.
We started our journey by recognising the key role that our business can play within our community and embracing this responsibility. We aim to embed sustainability as part of our leadership and decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement . Although we are proud of what we have achieved so far, we understand that there is more work to be done. We have created our bespoke sustainability plan to enable us to demonstrate and track our progress and hold ourselves accountable.

In 2015, 193 governments around the world came together and agreed on goals to make the world a better place by 2030. They all pledged to support 17 clearly defined goals that address the urgency of climate change, target poverty and fight inequality.
Sustainability is complex due to the interconnected nature of the challenges we face but given the weight of global support around the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals, it makes sense for us to align our strategy and reporting with them to help, in some small way, support the focus on these difficult global issues that we all face.
