COVID-19 Visitor Guidelines

PLEASE NOTE ALL VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES IN OUR OFFICES

In this connection, please read and agree to the following guidelines when visiting our offices.

COVID-19 Symptoms

If you have any of the virus’ symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who is displaying symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OUR OFFICE. Please inform reception staff who will rearrange the meeting.

On arrival

Please adhere to social distancing in the car park.

The front door will always be kept locked to control access to the building. Reception staff are aware of all meetings and will allow you access to the reception area at your allocated time.

It is essential that you use the hand sanitiser on arrival and departure.

Protective face coverings are available to everyone in the office; however, all visitors are now required by current government guidelines to wear a face mask when attending anyone of our offices. Please ensure you are wearing a mask upon arrival. A mask will be made available to you if you do not have one.

Reception Area

The front desk is fitted with a screen to protect reception staff. Floor markings will be provided to make staff and visitors aware of the required social distancing. These markings are there to protect reception staff and other members of staff. PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THEM.

The visitors’ waiting area has been reconfigured and restricted to one person at a time unless they belong to the same household.

Visitors should place any parcels in the designated boxes placed at the front of the reception desk. Staff will use gloves and masks provided when dealing with any parcels.

Toilets

Visitors will be directed to the toilets by signage.

Hand sanitisers are located outside the toilet area, please ensure you use them before and after entering this area.

Only one person at a time is allowed into these areas. Current health advice is to close the toilet lid before flushing, after use. Paper towels have been provided to dry your hands. Please ensure you always adhere to good hygiene.

Visitors will only be allowed access to the reception area, the relevant meeting room and toilets. Social distancing measures will be in place in all meeting rooms. Air conditioning in the Boardroom will not be used. Windows will be opened as often as possible to allow ventilation.
