Experience and Expertise:

I advise on year-end accounts preparation, management accounts, tax planning and audit services.

I’ve spent the majority of my career working with owner managed businesses. I pride myself on getting to know my clients on a personal level to ensure that they receive a high quality, efficient service and advice that best suits their circumstance. I also undertake a lot of Corporation Tax compliance, which dovetails nicely with the work I do from an audit and accounts perspective. I particularly enjoy preparing Research and Development reports; my clients are very passionate about their work and it’s interesting to hear about how and why they create new products.

Career Highlight:

I received the results for my final ACA exams on my wedding day… luckily it was 3 passes, so it was celebrations all round!

Hobbies and Interests: 

My husband and I love travelling. We’re always planning our next adventure, be it a long-haul trip to Mexico to swim in the cenotes and sample the tamales, or a short jaunt across the Channel to paddleboard on the Dordogne River and enjoy some local wines. We team our love of travelling with our passion for cooking; often booking onto local cookery courses while we’re abroad. We enjoyed the pasta making class we attended in Rome so much that we make fresh pasta most weekends.

In August 2022 I bought my first motorbike, so when the sun is shining, I can often be found riding around the Yorkshire Dales and enjoying the stunning views.
