Experience and Expertise: 

I have been involved in training since the start of my career, however, my passion really started when I worked as a Senior Account Levy Manager at an apprenticeships provider. This allowed me to gain a fantastic understanding around apprentices, the levy and much more. This led to my career as Recruitment and Training Adviser at Clive Owen LLP which has now evolved into L&D executive. I would say my specific specialism is training and the different apprenticeship programmes.

Career Highlight: 

My career highlight has been the opening of the L&D department at Clive Owen LLP. It’s great to see that the firm is dedicated to providing the best learning and development opportunities for our team! Another highlight has to be being recognised by the 5% Club for our dedication and commitment for supporting earn and learn roles across our offices. This was a huge achievement for the Clive Owen LLP team and something which I am very proud of.

Hobbies and Interests:

Spending time with my cocker spaniel, Levi and my husband takes up most of my free time. I also like to upcycle furniture and get involved in Arts projects; I even did a Art History Degree with the Open University. I also love horror movies and crime thrillers by Martina Cole.
