Made Smarter
Manufacturing businesses with fewer than 250 staff can benefit from funded consultancy and grant support to assist with identifying and implementing digital technologies to drive efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Grants of up to £20,000 towards technology implementation are available at intervention rates of up to 50%.
- Funded leadership and management programme.
- The above is supported by expert consultancy, a bespoke digital roadmap and opportunities to attend workshops and networking events with other manufacturers.

Get Exporting
The Get Exporting programme is designed to encourage York and North Yorkshire businesses to start and/or increase their export activity. Grants of between £3,000 and £10,000 are available at intervention rates of up to 75%. The grants can be used to attend international events or to procure consultancy and external expertise to assist in entry to new markets. The market entry activity could include adapting websites or marketing materials to be internationally relevant or could also include professional or legal advice around doing business overseas.
